All our holidays are fully bonded and therefore all those booking can be assured of full financial protection in the unlikely event of our insolvency. Flight exclusive holidays Authentic Adventures* is committed to customer satisfaction and their financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that at no extra cost to you, in accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992", all passengers booking with Authentic Adventures* are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Authentic Adventures*. *Authentic Adventures is the trading name of Authentic Adventures Limited. The full policy wording is detailed on your booking confirmation. Please ensure you carry this when travelling as proof of cover.
Flight inclusive holidays The air holidays and flights in this brochure are ATOL Protected since we hold an Air Travel Organiser’s licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 9578. In the unlikely event of our insolvency the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
