Howling at the moon
A week of songs, laughter, walks in the mountains, great food and the occasional late night soiree with the wolves.

Itinerary

Saturday – arrival day

Leaving Rome we climb the mountains reaching our hotel in time for a walk to the lake and short sing before dinner.

Sunday to Wednesday, Friday to Saturday

After breakfast we spend the morning singing either in the hotel, in the village church or outdoors. The afternoons are left free to relax, join a guided walk, cycle around the lake or even kayak. Before dinner we have another sing and very often Carmelo, the hotel manager, may instigate a final session later.

Thursday – free day

A great chance to explore the lake and village or simply relax.

Sunday

We depart early for Rome airport.

Singing together

On choral holidays (those led by Tim Knight) we spend an evening with the local choir, sharing our songs and teaching them to each other. On another evening we share a barbeque by the lake with local musicians.

Walking opportunities

These holidays are aimed at those who enjoy walking as well as singing. On this holiday we have the service of two exceptionally knowledgeable and amusing local walking guides, who will offer two grades of walking in the local mountains in the afternoons. If you're not a walker, do feel free to join us and enjoy a rest in the afternoons!

Calling to the wolves

Wolves never became extinct here and we visit the woods where they live one night to call to them.
