Making your booking
Telephone, email, or use our holiday search to check
availability.
While browsing our site your can make a provisional booking by clicking when you
see:
Either instruct us to book a flight for you or book your own flight after we have
confirmed your provisional booking.
Arrange travel insurance. It is a condition of booking our holidays that you are
adequately covered for medical and personal accident insurance. We strongly recommend
that you and all members of your party are adequately insured as soon as you book
your holiday as this ensures that your deposit is protected.
Complete the booking form from our brochure, and post it to us together with your
non-refundable deposit. We only accept credit card payments over the phone in order
to ensure no personal card details are ever recorded.

Please do contact us first to make a provisional booking. We'll hold your
booking, with no obligation, for seven days only. This will be secured upon the
receipt of a completed booking form and your deposit.
Bookings outside the UK
All payments from outside the UK should be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Please tick the relevant box on the booking form. If paying by bank transfer we
will contact you with our bank details.
Credit card payments
Payment by all major credit cards and debit cards is accepted. A handling fee of
2.5% will be charged on all transactions.
After Booking
We confirm in writing your reservation, receipt of your deposit and send full invoice
details for the holiday which will confirm the outstanding balance and payment due
date. In addition we enclose a suggested equipment and book list that we hope might
interest you.
Balance of payment. This must reach us eight weeks (56 days) before departure.
We confirm receipt of your final balance and send you full details of the hotel
where you will be staying.
If your flight is not booked for you by us, it is important that you inform us of
your flight details.
Additional nights
If you are looking for a hotel in one of the nearby cities, before or after your
trip, please give us a ring and we will be happy to help.
Office hours
If you want to talk to someone with first-hand knowledge of the holidays, or for
general enquiries, please contact us. We are always delighted to answer your questions
and provide you with as much information as possible.
Our offices are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. A message service is available
outside these hours. On weekends when there is a holiday starting, any answerphone
messages will be actioned between 10am and 1pm.

Preferred room type
Twin and double rooms
Twin beds are usually provided in our hotels but we do have some doubles.
Single rooms and twin rooms (single use)
Single room availability in our hotels is very limited. Where single rooms are not
available we offer single use of twin rooms. There is a supplement for both single
and sole use of twin rooms. For details of this supplement please refer to the relevant
panel on your holiday page. We do try to keep this supplement as low as possible,
however prices can vary substantially from hotel to hotel. We do offer supplement-free
rooms in our luxury spa hotel holidays in Gozo.
Sharing a twin room
Occasionally there is an opportunity to share. Please ask at time of booking.
Facilities for the disabled
The majority of our hotels have lifts or ground floor rooms. If you have specific
needs, please phone prior to booking.
Costs and discounts
Loyalty scheme
The following discounts apply:
10% - Clients who have travelled with us at least once This discount is offered
each time you travel with us again.
15% - Clients who have travelled with us 8 times or more This discount then
applies to every subsequent booking.
Note: these discounts may not be used in conjuction with any other offer.
Two-week trips
Those booking two consecutive weeks enjoy a discount of £75 per person.
Non-participating partners
Partners and friends who don't want to take part in the activities receive substantial
discounts. These vary from location to location so please check non-activity discount,
under dates and prices, on each individual holiday page.
Group discounts
Bespoke holidays can be arranged for private groups. Please contact us for details
and special group prices.
Car hire
For guests wanting to hire a car
before or after their holiday with us, we are happy to arrange this through our
preferred car hire supplier Holiday Autos. For details on prices please call the
office.
Equipment
Equipment lists for most of our holidays are sent with your booking confirmation.
We do not supply a list for the beginners' courses in the Cotswolds as all materials
are supplied.

Gift vouchers
